 Q:  Do you ship to Europe, South America, Australia and Asia?
A:  Yes, we ship to all International Destinations, selecting Table Rate shipping is generally the best and most affordable method for our Oversea's and Canadian customers.

Q:  I just placed an order, when will I'll receive it?
A:  Orders generally take 3 days for processing.    Depending on your shipping method, your order will then take approx. 2-3 business days to ship if you selected to ship via USPS priority Mail.

If you select Flat Table Rate - which is the best rate for our Oversea's buyers - orders are shipped 1st Class International through the US Postal Service and generally take 5-10 business days for shipping, but the US Postal Service does not guarantee.

Q:  Your device does not work in my setup. Can I return it?
A:  You may return your order within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs. (shipping is not refundable). Some deduction may apply if there are mechanical or electrical damages.

Q:  Your device works fine in my setup (for more then 30 days). Can I still return it?
A:  You may still return it within 60 days from the date of purchase. You'll receive refund based on original purchase price or current price (whichever is less) minus 15% restocking fee and minus shipping (shipping is not refundable) . Again, some additional deduction may apply if there are mechanical or electrical damages.

Q:  What is the warranty on your products?
A:  Mechanical components, plastics, rubber, buttons, contact pads and cables carry a 12 Month Warranty from date of purchase.   All electronic boards and components carry a 90 day warranty.

 Q:  What does "limited" warranty mean?
A:  There is a fee to repair damages caused by negligence and/or misuse, rough usage or usage outside normal acceptable usage expected of the product. All other damages are repaired for free (as long as you are original owner).  You are responsible for all shipping costs to/from our Customer Service address.

Q:  If I modify any of your products, are they still covered under warranty?
A:  No, once you modify or alter any product, all warranty coverage of the product is void.

Q:  My Apple OSX is not recognizing the joystick device, is there a patch or fix?

A:  Yes, Apple has some inconsistencies in its handling of non-keyboard/mouse devices and recommends downloading and applying this utility patch called USB Overdrive:

Q:  Can I play web browser based games that use keyboard arrow keys?
A:  Yes, if you download and install a 3rd party utility called JOY2KEY:

Q:  Can I use the joystick to control a screen cursor for Accessibility use?

**Web Based Browser games - We have heard of sluggish and/or unreliable control with some web based games using the JOY2KEY program with our products.    Especially the Pac Man clone games.   We do not guarantee the performance of our products with those games, if you have difficulties playing such games, please contact the game authors, it is not an issue related to our hardware products.
